Saweeet! Thanks for posting the video. Now I just need some tips from Eric and Ray on position. I still think the front of the aero bars could stand to come down just a hair. (but I won't putz with them before Sunday)

Go with it as long as you feel ike your making good power. Well work on dropping the stem if youve got the flexibility afterwards.remember even though its a real short TT, dont go 900 watts on the start. Ramp it up for a minute or two then haul booty!! I did a brick Monday TT'ng home from work fast and then ran 3miles and I actually felt fine running. Tired and dragging feet a bit if I didnt concentrate, but fine. Good luck!!

Ray, If you want to loan me your new Zipp with the wireless PowerTap, then we'll have numbers. (or I shoulda taken you up on just borrow'n your bike) ;)

My main goal for the Tri is to finish and to have enough left to either race Zoar or to do a 50mi slow training ride with the MS-150 team from Cleveland Clinic.
